Located just east of Toronto, the Regional Municipality of Durham (Durham Region) has rolled out Audience™ to manage both internal and public-facing digital signage throughout the recently renovated Durham Region headquarters facility.
With screens and BrightSign media players already procured, Durham Region required a robust, flexible and efficient CMS that could seamlessly integrate with the existing hardware. Following a thorough compatibility check assessment, Audience™ was selected to power the initial (Phase-1) five screen deployment. Phase-1 screens have been deployed throughout high-traffic areas in the building including reception areas, elevator lobbies, and the public café.
Using custom templates provided by Capital Networks, the Durham Region creative department uses both repurposed and custom digital signage video and graphics content to communicate health and safety updates, corporate and community messaging, and venue information.
The Capital Networks team also provided:

- Initial design and template creation
- Remote technical launch support and player configuration
- Remote training (both technical and operational)
