The Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) is one of the largest and most prestigious public film festivals in the world, and Markham at the Movies – a non-profit group – returns for a 13th season bringing these award-winning TIFF films to an appreciative Markham crowd.
Run by volunteer film enthusiasts, Markham at the Movies proudly showcases films on the grand stage of the Flato Markham Theatre, with attendees calling it one of the “best kept secrets” for a local night out full of engaging and thought-provoking entertainment.
